MDA City Club Apartments, Topping Out

The concrete for the roof-top garden, patio, and swimming pool was poured this week. This project milestone marks to topping out of the MDA Phase 2 project at the southeast corner of Lake and Wabash. This is the first roof-top swimming pool on a mid-rise in the Loop and we are happy to be building if for City Club Apartments.
