Real estate notes: Music venue eyed for Hutton
Hutton Hotel officials have landed a Metro Codes Department permit to create what the document notes will be a “music venue” within the Midtown-based hospitality building.

The permit comes about six weeks after the officials announced the hotel (pictured) would undergo a major renovation, including upgrades to restaurant 1808 Grill, guest rooms, suites and lobby.
